Noah Gans
Joel S. Ehrenkranz Family Professor; Professor of Operations and Information Management

Noah Gans's research focuses on service operations, and he has a particular interest in the management of telephone call centers. In 2010-2011, he is the President of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM).

At Wharton, Noah teaches the MBA core course, Decision Models for Management, an elective course in Service Operations, and Ph.D. courses in queueing theory and dynamic programming. He also coordinates the OPIM Department's PhD program.
