Santiago Gallino
PhD Student OPIM Department

I am currently a second year PhD student in the OPIM Department at Wharton. My research interests are primarily associated with service operations management, with a special focus on process design, performance and innovation. Before Joining the PhD program, I worked at IAE Business School in Argentina where I lectured for the IAE’s MBA, Executive Education and In-Company programs. In addition to my academic experience, I have provided consulting services on management issues for leading companies in the energy and manufacturing industries. In the past, I have worked in the energy industry for EDF Americas and PA Consulting.
